Why are some quantities limited when adding to my basket?
The majority of the products on our site are not subject to maximum quantities however with some there is a declining market and we may set a limit on what we can buy.

What if my item is not found on your site?
Our site includes over 1,500 products and is continually growing. If your item is not found, please email your list with products codes, quantities, grades and where possible include photos or WhatsApp us on 07517 995 491 or direct link to WhatsApp.

Why has the product price changed?
Like with any industry, prices can fluctuate, and demand will influence what we can pay for products.

How do I see what my item is worth?
Use your smartphone or tablet camera to scan your item’s barcode.
Alternatively, enter the product part number or printer model within the search bar.
A and B grade unit values will be displayed. If your item is not found, please email your list with product codes, quantities, grades and where possible include photos or WhatsApp us on (07517 995 491)

Can I track the status of my order?
Restock Exchange will notify you by email regarding the status of your order.
If you have sent the parcel via Yodel Direct drop off, you can track the status of your order by visiting UK Parcel Tracking | Delivery Tracking | Yodel.
This is where you can input the tracking number providing at the drop off shop to obtain a live status update.
If you have sent the parcel via DHL, you can track the status of the delivery to our warehouse by visiting the DHL website.
Visit the DHL website, click on “Track” in the main menu and enter the DHL Parcel Shipment Number provided to you when you sent the parcel from the DHL depot.
