Do I pay postage and what are the options for sending my order?
Postage is completely FREE, we cover the cost of postage and provide 3 options.
Once you have completed your online sale, you will be given 2 courier options with a 3rd for bulk quantities or high-value transactions.
1. Yodel Direct Drop-Off – (This is our recommended method). Easy service – select your local Yodel Direct Drop-Off store, print out the emailed barcode and take your package to the most convenient location. They have thousands of stores across the UK.

Details will be emailed after checkout.
2. You can also arrange for DHL to collect from your premises within 24/48 business hours (Mon/Fri) after checkout – confirmation & details will be emailed after completion.
3. Subject to certain criteria and orders of £500 or more, a dedicated driver collection service is also available. Please contact us for further information at 01376 440 040 or email.

What must I include with my items?
Always add our Name, Address, Packing Slip and your Order Reference on the outer box(es).

What if I have sent in the wrong items?
These will be repacked and quarantined for you to arrange a collection. Pickup needs to be made within ten working days or in accordance with our T&C’s we reserve the right to dispose of them at our discretion.
