Review Your Basket: Once you’ve added all the items you wish to sell, you’ll proceed to the checkout. Here, you’ll select your preferred payment method. Remember, you need to sell at least £50 worth of items to complete an order.

Choose Your Payment Method: We offer multiple ways for you to get paid. Here’s how each works:

PayPal:

• You’ll need a PayPal account for this option.
• Enter the name and email associated with your PayPal account.
• Double-check your details; we can’t be responsible for incorrect information.

Bank Transfer:

• We’ll need your account name, account number, and sort code.
• Again, ensure all details are correct to avoid any payment issues.

Amazon e-Gift Voucher:

• We’ll email you one or more vouchers that can be redeemed on Amazon.
• You can also gift the voucher to someone else by entering their email address.

Get Paid Fast:

• Once your items arrive at Restock HQ and pass our quality checks, we’ll initiate the payment.
• If your items are processed after 3 pm, the payment may be actioned the following business day, although we strive for same-day payments.

What You Need to Know

Is the Quoted Price What I Get?:

• Yes, provided your items are genuine brands, unused, in their original boxes, and correctly listed and graded.
• We only accept original, unused consumables.

What If My Items Aren’t Accepted?:

• If there’s a discrepancy in your order, we’ll revise the checkout value and email you.
• You can either agree to proceed or arrange to collect your items within ten working days.
